| |  | Wapello Rescue Responds To Hunting Accident
Wapello Rescue and Wapello Ambulance were dispatched to the Indian Slough Hunting Area for a hunting accident on December 6, 2009. The hunter was hunting for deer when he was accidentally shot. Med-Force 2 was called in to transport the patient to The University of Iowa. Shown here is Med Force 2 along with Adam I and the Wapello Ambulance Gator Utility Vehicle equipped with the Med-Bed Attachment.

On November 21, the popular Thirsty Camel Supper Club caught fire and was a total loss. Wapello Fire responded for Mutual Aid with 119 and the Mobile Incident Command Center to refill SCBA Bottles. Wapello Fire Department provided Mutual Aid to Morning Sun Fire Department with Engine 114, Ladder 112, and manpower to battle a house fire on July 18, 2009.
